Corporate Statement

Beginning in 1993 Active Entertainment has been responsible for producing and distributing a wide variety of feature films across several genres including comedy, drama, action, sci-fi, and horror with stars such as Jim Varney, Judd Nelson and Alyssa Milano.

In 2008, Active Entertainment expanded its reach and capabilities with the creation of three separate Louisiana based companies. Activity Film Services is the film studio, SweetPost Productions is a postproduction and visual effects firm, and Bullet Films is the production and finance company. Badish’s Bullet Films produced five feature films in its first year, including “The Dunwich Horror” with Dean Stockwell and Jefferey Combs, “Quantum Apocalypse”, “Wolvesbayne” starring Jeremy London, Yancy Butler, Mark Dacascos, and Christy Romano, “Rednecks vs. Robots” with Stacey Dash and Paul Le Mat, and “House of Bones” with Charisma Carpenter and Corin Nemic.

Currently, Active is producing features in association with Universal Television Networks and the SyFy Channel. Its upcoming slate of disaster and creature films continues to build on Active’s relationships with top-notch writers, directors, composers, and other professionals and allow it to continue efficiently producing high quality films.
