Tax Credit Services – Activity works closely with the state and our database of accounting and legal firms to maximize incentives and minimize risks and delays.
Union Agreements – Activity is IATSE signatory, enabling companies to work easily on union and non-union projects. Activity also works closely with SAG and offers expedited signatory processing, Completion Guarantees, and expedited bond return.
Production Audit – Activity’s frequent contact with the Louisiana State Film Office ensures a smooth, accurate production audit to maximize available incentives.
Preferred Vendor Deals – As a preferred vendor ourselves to businesses in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Shreveport, Activity is able to get massive discounts and quick turnaround for any equipment that we do not already own.
Crew Database – With the Lafayette Entertainment Initiative’s Reel Crew, the Louisiana State Film Office, and our own database from over a dozen projects, we are able to fully staff and crew a production of any size. The majority of our experienced hires are Louisiana residents making payroll costs eligible for tax credits.
Scheduling & Budgeting – Our seasoned line producers and production managers can accurately budget and schedule a project of any size, create “what-if” scenarios and calculate variances, offer a wealth of services by creating accurate cash flows.
Locations – With the Lafayette Entertainment Initiative’s Reel Scout, the State Film Office’s location database, and the hundreds of locations Activity has scouted we can find almost any location called for, and with no film permits required, our in-house location manager can lock locations at minimal cost.
