A series of freak weather occurences around Washington D.C. reunites two estranged brothers who believe their father, a once prestigious climate scientist, is behind them. Soon they discover all but one of his former enemies are dead – victims of freak weather accidents and that now he may have his sights set on an important senator. As the brothers race to defeat their father, he unleashes diabolical weather weapons on our nation’s landmarks!
